Introduction to the Masterclass Series

 

In March 2021, the Global Deal run a Masterclass Series on Sound Industrial Relations aimed at strengthening the capacity of individuals and organisations involved in grievance handling, workplace cooperation, collective bargaining, industrial relations during a crisis, as well as in shaping policies on gender equality and non-discrimination in the workplace.

Organised around five sessions open to Global Deal partners, the Masterclass Series brought together policy makers, experts and practitioners, who shared good practices and useful insights on how to improve working conditions and productivity in different countries and industries through social dialogue.
