France launches a Global Deal platform
To formally establish their commitment to the Global Deal and to gather support from French stakeholders to the initiative, the French Ministry of Labor hosted a national Global Deal meeting in Paris. By invitation of the French Minister of Labour, Ms Muriel Pénicaud, a wide array of French businesses and trade unions attended the meeting.
