30 April 2021 - French trade union the UNSA (National Union of Autonomous Trade Unions) today joins the Global Deal partnership. The UNSA was created in 1993 and is the 4th largest trade union organisation in France in terms of membership. By joining the Global Deal, the UNSA commits to participate in the work of the partnership, in particular that of the French platform, as well as promoting social dialogue at all levels by informing, training, defending and acting for social justice. As part of its commitment, the UNSA will also train its representatives and activists in quality, effective, useful and responsible social dialogue, and make efforts to influence decision-makers at all levels.
