The Global Deal for Decent Work and Inclusive Growth, in close collaboration with the International Training Centre of the ILO, is pleased to announce the launch of a new Diploma on Social Dialogue and Industrial Relations that will be offered by the National Institute of Labour Studies (NILS), Ministry of Labour and Foreign Employment. This program is part of a wider project funded by the European Commission and aims to promote social dialogue and enhance industrial relations in Sri Lanka.
A high-level launch event took place on October 11th, featuring Minister Manusha Nanayakkara, who delivered the opening remarks. The Minister's presence underscored the government's commitment to fostering harmonious relations among stakeholders.
