The Global Deal Forum is a primary annual event on social dialogue bringing together high-level representatives from governments, businesses and employers’ organisations, trade unions and other stakeholders to explore the importance of social dialogue in shaping a just transition and in managing non-standard forms of employment. The 2022 edition of Global Deal Annual High-Level Social Dialogue Forum was held in Madrid on the 2nd and 3rd November 2022. Hosted by the Government of Spain, the Forum focused on the theme of ensuring a just transition through social dialogue. On day one, the Forum featured two panel discussions on just transition and the use of non-standard forms of employment, followed by a networking cocktail in the evening. The second day featured the launch of the 2022 Global Deal Flagship Report, followed by three sessions to explore social dialogue-related topics and lessons learned from the Global Deal community.
