Capgemini joins the Global Deal Partnership

December 2023

The Global Deal is thrilled to announce Capgemini – a global leader in partnering with companies to transform and manage their business by harnessing the power of technology – as its newest partner. With a workforce of nearly 350,000 employees across 50 countries and a global revenue of 22 billion euros in 2022, Capgemini brings substantial expertise to the Global Deal collaborative efforts.

As part of their commitment to the Global Deal, Capgemini will adopt in 2024 the Employee Relations Policy. This policy is rooted in the belief that fostering constructive dialogue between companies and workers is integral to the flourishing of business growth. Its primary goals are to strengthen social dialogue and bolster the social foundations of the Group.

In addition to this commitment, Capgemini will persist in actively supporting the consistent reporting of key information and issues through the International Works Council, thereby promoting transparency. Furthermore, the company will continue to uphold open dialogue between managers and their teams through regular touchpoints with the aim of underpinning an atmosphere of mutual trust.

Glenda Quintini: “I am delighted to welcome Capgemini into our partnership. Their ambitious approach to employee relations aligns seamlessly with the core values of the Global Deal. Together, we will continue to champion social dialogue, promote responsible business conduct, and drive positive change for workers and businesses.”

Bruno Dumas, Capgemini Group Head of Employee Relations: “We are delighted to be joining the Global Deal, a partnership of governments, employers’ organisations, trade unions, major companies and other organisations committed to strengthening social dialogue. Membership will enable us to benefit from the various partners’ experience, to contribute actively to exchanges and highlight the value of social dialogue inside the Global Deal. One more important step in our employee relations journey, a real opportunity to improve our social dialogue internally and emphasize its added value externally.”
