Global Deal at the Paris Peace Forum

 

6 November 2018 - The Global Deal is one out of 120 projects that will be showcased during the Paris Peace Forum 11-13 November under the theme Inclusive Economy. The Paris Peace Forum is a new annual meeting for global governance actors based on the idea that international cooperation is key to tackling global challenges and ensuring endurable peace.

 

One of the main events during the forum is a panel discussion named Inequalities: Globalization shooting itself in the foot? which is closely linked to the Global Deal. The Global Deal Senior Advisor Sabina Dewan is one of the participants and the OECD Secretary-General Angel Gurría and the ILO Director-General Guy Ryder are also among the panelists.
