News release: Kering joins the Global Deal partnership

16 April 2021 - The global luxury group Kering has joined the Global Deal partnership for decent work and inclusive growth. The Global Deal now counts 112 partners representing governments, businesses, trade unions and civil society organisations.

“Kering is pleased to join the Global Deal as people are at the heart of our strategy. We care about our people; we support women in the work place, strive for inclusion and parity and empower our people with the tools to flourish and bring our bold vision to life,” said Béatrice Lazat, Chief People Officer at Kering.

As part of their commitment to the Global Deal, Kering will continue “to develop social dialogue as part of the deployment of social rights inspired by ILO Conventions and the work of the French-speaking platform of the ILO’s Global Business Network,” said Christine Le Louarn, Head of Employee Relations and Social Responsibility at Kering.
