29 September 2021 - The Global Deal is pleased to welcome the International Arts and Entertainment Alliance (IAEA) as a new member. IAEA is the global union representing workers in the Arts and Entertainment sector and it is made up of three global federations: FIA (International Federation of Actors), FIM (International Federation of Musicians) and UNI-MEI (Media, Entertainment and Arts division of UNI). IAEA’s mission is to improve the working conditions, and the economic and social rights of their members. Their activities include advancing the right to organise in the cultural sector worldwide, providing a platform for information sharing, enhancing international cooperation, and promoting the value generated by the arts and entertainment sector.
